Cadence is provided by Unbland Studio to help you plan, write, and publish videos. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content is yours. Scripts, ideas, plans, and videos you make with Cadence belong to you. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to store and display them back to you.
Your channel, your actions. Cadence only acts on your YouTube channel when you explicitly trigger an action — an upload you start, a transcript you request. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service.
Honesty over polish. Cadence reports measured numbers and real outcomes. Where a number cannot be measured, it says so rather than inventing one.
No warranty. Cadence is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Unbland Studio is not liable for lost content, missed uploads, or damages arising from use of the service.
Termination. You can stop using Cadence and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
